Neurodivergent Women's Group

This morning I listened to an episode of the Disrupt Yourself podcast on which Simon Sinek was interviewed and then I watched a video on Youtube (link is below, well worth a watch). Simon Sinek's 'why' or the purpose behind his pursuits is to "inspire people to do the things that inspire them so that each of us can change our world for the better". When listening to this, I realized that I have a similar 'why'. When I work with people, one of my main focuses is to figure out what does inspire them and how they can integrate that passion into their life.
